FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in the method to manufacture a sash of a window frame providing for manufacturing of a glass pack, representing a structure from glasses with a spacer frame arranged along the perimetre between them and joined with them, in the slot of which there are fittings installed that are required to fix the sash in the window frame, and glasses are fixed at the outer side, closing along their perimetre the inner and outer ledges of cases, with a case previously installed into the slot to close the inner ledge, seals, the spacer frame and frame structures of cases are produced as a result of separating the frame element of the sash made by welding of stocks of the initial PVC shape cut for miter joining into three parts.
EFFECT: reduced prime cost of finished goods and improvement of its quality.
