FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: speckle suppressor comprises modulator including the translucent electrically conducting ply coated with translucent gel-like ply applied on the first translucent substrate and the system of i parallel flat grounding and control electrodes spaced apart above said gel-like ply and electrically connected with the control device. Said control device comprises at least one grounding shift element and one control shift element electrically connected with said grounding and control elements, feedback units, clock oscillator, frequency divider and zeroing unit.
EFFECT: higher quality of speckle suppression.
