First concave area surrounds second concave area. Packing unit for producing sealed packages with fluid food products comprises first and second clamps, cyclically moving between closed state in which they are compressed and sealed pipe and open state in which they are taken aside from pipe, wherein first grip has a forming element described above, and second gripper has additional forming element. Additional forming element contains an additional wall with a third surface for interaction with a third part of pipe, opposite first part, and a pair of additional side walls, protruding at same side of additional wall and containing corresponding fourth surfaces to interact with corresponding fourth pipe parts adjacent to corresponding second parts of pipe.
