FIELD: transport, package.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises support frame at least one pair of opposed grippers, ultrasound sealing appliance, electromagnetic power appliance designed to feed electric power to said sealing appliance and transformer means. Said grippers can cyclically move with respect to support frame and along a part of said trajectory to tightly grip the tube on sections uniformly spaced apart. Ultrasound sealing appliance is arranged on first gripper to seal the tube on said sections. Electromagnetic power appliance, comprises at least primary winding attached to the frame along said trajectory and secondary winding arranged on first gripper. Secondary winding supplies sealing appliance and receives electric power via electromagnetic induction from primary winding when first gripper moves by primary winding. Transformer means receive voltage of first magnitude from power supply and feed voltage of second magnitude to primary winding, second magnitude being smaller than the first one. Primary winding feeds voltage of third magnitude to secondary winding, third magnitude being higher than the second one.

EFFECT: reduced time required for local melting of packing material and good sealing of package.
