FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: hybrid short takeoff and landing aircraft (GSKVP) is made based on biplane scheme, comprises on wings electric and hybrid engine nacelles, respectively with four front rotors and two rear screws arranged on all-moving supports and at ends of rotary reduction gears, and has fuselage, tail unit, engines parallel-serial hybrid power plant, transmit power to appropriate rotary screws. GSKVP has main turboprop power unit, different wings, first of which low, is mounted in front of second shoulder wing and spaced on wings two three-engine systems with distributed thrust of different-size rotors in 2+4. Four smaller rotors when performing short-run have intermediate deviation from horizontal position by angle -15° and accelerated deviation downwards with angle -15° angle -60 ° when speed of 85% and 95% of take-off speed and final position with axis of rotation in parallel to middle line of flap of second wing.

EFFECT: better weight efficiency, flight range, operating efficiency.
