FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to convertible high-speed helicopters. Light convertible high-speed helicopter (LCHSH) has a tandem-propeller bearing structure and a power plant in the fuselage aft which includes two engines transmitting torque to rear pusher screws and bearing front and rear screws mounted on corresponding pylons. LCHSH contains vertical fins mounted under the tail beam equipped with shock-absorbing post of the rear wheel of the three-point chassis, main side supports with front non-retractable wheels in end cowls of the low-mounted wing. Helicopter has a double-plane structure with different-size wings, use is also made of the concept of distributed thrust of different-size propellers (DTDSP); there is also foreseen a longitudinal-transverse bearing system according to DTDSP-X2+2 scheme. LCHSH has mounted on vertical pylons large and average propellers located, respectively, in the front part of the fuselage and at the end of the thin tail beam and two smaller propellers on rotary parts of the rear wing.
EFFECT: there is achieved increase in payload weight efficiency, acceleration of speed, altitude and flight range.
