FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: vacuum-sublimation dryer includes a vacuum chamber, sections with thermal electric modules, a vacuum pump, a heater. Inside the vacuum chamber an electric vibrator with springs is installed, the springs are secured in the bottom part of the carrying frame of the vacuum chamber, and a vertical bucket conveyor, its bottom part by a guide branch pipe is connected with the bottom section with thermal electric modules. The top part of the vertical bucket conveyor via a flexible rotating branch pipe is connected with the top section with thermal electric modules. Adjacent sections with the thermal electric modules are rigidly installed on opposite vertical walls of the carrying frame of the vacuum chamber in a staggered order and opposite inclined at an angle α to the horizontal axis. The sections with the thermal electric modules and the vertical bucket conveyor create a continuous, uniform round flow of the treated material.
EFFECT: use of the said vacuum-sublimation dryer ensures the uniformity of drying, reduces the treatment cycle duration, and reduces power consumption.
