FIELD: technique of sublimation drying. SUBSTANCE: method consists in measurement of the initial and final moisture content of product, sustaining of the sublimation pressure, measurement of consumption and temperature parameters of refrigerant, stabilization of the current value of heat flow. In the process of drying the temperature of inert carriers is measured by the contactless method, as well as the residual pressure and the level of liquid product in the inlet device, the product temperature at the inlet to the plant, the temperature of the dried product in the sublimation kiln. At a deviation of the carrier temperature value from the preset one towards decrease, the time of stay of the carriers in the sublimator is increased, the power of the heating element is increased to the critical temperature of product heating, decreasing thereby the capacity of the inlet device to the lower critical limit, and at a deviation lower critical limit, and at a deviation of the residual pressure in the inlet device from the preset value towards increase first the amount of vapors discharged from this zone is adjusted, and then the total residual pressure in the sublimation kiln, until the preset residual moisture content of material is attained.
