SUBSTANCE: device includes a case with case channel developed in the borehole, a window for filling of the gravel filter nose, a window for rotating well medium at the toe, a cementing window between at least one window of gravel filter filling and one window for the rotating medium. The case has filter between the filling window and cementing window. Interior column is developed in the case channel. Moved into the first selective position in the case channel, the interior column seals output window with the gravel filter filling window and transfers gravel suspension from the interior column channel to the borehole. The filter transfers returning fluid from the borehole to the case channel. Moved into the second selective position in the case channel, the interior column seals output window with the cementing window and transfers cementing slurry from the interior column channel to the borehole. At cementing the fluid is returned through a window for returning fluid. The case comprises an isolating element between the filter and cementing window, isolating section from the wellhead from the bottom-hole section.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of gravel filling and cementing, reduced accident rate and time expenditures.
