SUBSTANCE: method of mine ventilation air heating, which involves heating of atmospheric air in a mine ventilation by flue gases supplied from fuel combustion chamber into the heat exchanger. Temperature is adjusted for supplied flue gases at the inlet of heat exchanger. Temperature control of coming into heat exchanger hot flue gases is performed due to recycling of waste flue gases by dosed supply into flow of hot flue gases coming from fuel combustion chamber.
EFFECT: proposed technical solution provides increased safety of mine ventilation air heating, prevention of oxidation of metal parts of equipment (pipelines, parts of the heat exchanger, fans, valves etc), their corrosion and wear due to low content of oxygen, increased efficiency of processes of heating of mine ventilation air owing to use of waste flue gases.
