FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary engine. Claimed asymmetric rotary engine comprises the chamber. The latter comprises a fixed isolated element, front plate, moving shaped concaved element and at least one bearing to interact with said front plate. Said isolated element has the outer surface and elongated bulged shape and crankshaft channel. The latter is located at a distance from the centre of said isolated element. Front plate connected to the isolated element front surface and provided with the guide edge. Shaped element is shifted toward the isolated element outer surface to turn about said isolated element so that the chamber working volume is formed between the shaped element inner surface and isolated element outer surface. Aforesaid bearing extends from the moving shaped element and under the front plate guide edge. The bearing interacting with the front plate can interact with said guide edge.
EFFECT: higher engine efficiency and ease of production.
