FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: approach in case of retroperitoneumoscopy is performed along a posterior axillary line at the level of costovertebral angle. Skin and muscular layer are incised. Perforation of the aponeurosis of the transverse muscle is performed using trocar with stiletto at an angle, oriented in the iliac region. A stiletto is removed. Tube is deepened on 1-2 cm, carbon dioxide gas is introduced under control of optics.
EFFECT: method simplifies the process of access and reducing the length of operation on retroperitoneal organs, minimises loss of carbon dioxide and less traumatic due to installation at the angle of the first trocar with stiletto, insufflation and performing laparoscopic through it.
