SUBSTANCE: invention relates to video endoscopic operative urology, oncourology. Above the navel on the right or on the left, the skin and the aponeurosis of the rectus abdominis muscle are incised pararectally, through which the rectus muscle is perforated and the preperitoneal retromuscular space between the proper plate of the rectus abdominis muscle and the posterior leaf of the rectus muscle sheath is performed. Trocar is placed with its orientation in the iliac region. Right and left bundles of the rectus abdominis muscle are separated caudally towards the pelvis along the entire length of the pubic bones. Depending on the approach, a trocar is placed on the left or on the right along the lateral edge of the rectus muscle on the left or on right at 2 cm below the navel, and an instrument with bipolar electrocoagulation is inserted. Trocars are placed in the left or right iliac region at the level of the anterior superior iliac spine, as well as in the right or left iliac region at McBurney's point, respectively. Anterolateral arc-shaped line in the area of transition of a posterior leaf of an aponeurosis of abdominal rectus muscle into a transverse fascia is dissected from a semi-ulnar line. Access is created and spaces are combined: preperitoneal, retroperitoneal and small pelvis.

EFFECT: method enables simplifying the operation with reducing intraoperative complications, reducing the length of staying in hospital and reducing postoperative complications.
