FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-resistant alloys used for making reservoirs and reaction tubes of gas processing plants, with working modes at a temperature of 700÷950 °C at pressure up to 50 atm. Alloy contains components in following ratio, wt%: carbon ≤ 0.05; chromium 19.0-23.0; nickel 30.0-34.0; silicon 0.0005-0.65; manganese 0.0005-0.74; vanadium 0.0005-0.10; tungsten 0.0005-0.10; titanium 0.25-0.60; aluminium 0.0005-0.45; yttrium > 0-0.001; oxygen > 0.0005-0.028; hydrogen > 0.0005-0.0025; nitrogen > 0.0005-0.095; sulphur ≤ 0.02; phosphorus ≤ 0.03; lead ≤ 0.009; tin ≤ 0.009; arsenic ≤ 0.009; zinc ≤ 0.009; antimony ≤ 0.009; molybdenum ≤ 0.5; copper ≤ 0.2; iron - balance. For alloy components following conditions are satisfied, wt%: (CrE/NiE) ≥ 0.716; (S+P) ≤ 0.025, where CrE - equivalent of chromium; NiE - equivalent of nickel; CRE=Cr+2×Al+3×Ti+V+Mo+1.6×Si+W; NiE=Ni+32×C+0.6×Mn+22×N+Cu.
EFFECT: increased structural stability of alloy in process of ageing, as well as reduced tendency to formation of hot cracks during welding.
