FIELD: agriculture; engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building and may be used for combing standing plants. Stripping device comprises frame to support a stripping drum covering its fairing and a screw. Fairing is installed with possibility of rotation around the axis of the combing drum. On end sections of the screw there are left and right -oriented spirals. Rear side comprises a stripping drum fixed guide, under which there is a movable guide. Fairing and movable guide is rigidly connected to each other to make a capture zone of plants. Surfaces of fixed and movable guides overlap each other.

EFFECT: stripping device provides reduced losses of stripped product due to elimination of negative air flow occurring during rotation of the stripping drum.
