SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A device comprises filtration manifolds. Each filtration manifold comprises an upper chamber, which is a cylinder tube, a lower chamber, which is a cylinder tube, and stacked filtration membranes between the upper and lower chambers. The stacked filtration membranes are able to trap leukocytes. Internal diameters of the upper and lower chambers are equal to create the cylindrical tube that enables the fluid to flow through it. The stacked filtration membranes are enclosed between a thread of the upper chamber and lower chamber. The chambers are attached to each other. A receiving vessel for erythrocyte collection from a whole blood sample is specified in a receiving test tube, multi-well receiving vessel or multi-tube receiving vessel. The filtration manifold is mounted above the receiving vessel. The device is applicable together with a centrifuge. What is disclosed is a method for producing leukocyte lysate from the whole blood sample without substantial dilution of the therapeutic agent.
EFFECT: inventions provide producing cell lysates from the recovered cells like leukocytes and/or circulating tumour cells without substantial dilution of the therapeutic agent, such as an anti-tumour agent.
