SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the treatment of glaucomatous optic neuropathy with open-angle glaucoma. To investigate the performance of the method of the true intraocular pressure (IOP), the state of visual field characteristic ophthalmoscopic excavation of the optic nerve. With increasing true IOP above 23 mm Hg, narrowing the field of view of the nasal side by 10 degrees and the degree of availability of excavation of the optic nerve 0.3 prescribe vinpocetine in form of tablets, piracetam in the form of dragees and detraleks in tablet form. Drug therapy was carried out for 3 months.
EFFECT: use of the method provides a combined effect of all the main components of glaucomatous optic neuropathy, as well as compensation of intraocular pressure and stabilization of visual function.
