SUBSTANCE: invention aims at diagnosing undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (uCTD). Method for assessing risk of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia involves determining concentrations oxyproline and magnesium ions in daily urine by spectrophotometry. Risk of uCTD development further calculated by formula: wherein: P is uCTD development risk, OP is hour urine oxyproline concentration, mmol/day; Mg is magnesium concentration in daily urine, mmole/day; e is base of natural logarithm. With P≤15 risk of uCTD in the patient is low; if P is from 16 to 29 risk of uCTD in patient is average; with P from 30 to 49 risk of uCTD in patient is high; if P≥50 risk of uCTD in patient is very high.
EFFECT: creation of easy method for assessing risk of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia, does not require performing large number of long and expensive diagnostic studies.
