FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an emergency tool used in drilling and operation of wells. Hydromechanical method for disconnection of equipment with simultaneous disconnection of electrical or hydraulic lines includes a downhole disconnector, which consists of upper and lower parts hermetically inserted into each other and fixed with locking elements. Upper part is assembled, and a hollow rod connected to pipe string is fixed in said upper part by locking elements fixed with possibility of movement. Locking elements are in form of shear elements or elastic annular elements disposed in a groove. Top and bottom of a borehole disconnector operate through openings for circulation of fluid in transport position covered with upper part. Sealing openings of hollow rod and providing a sealing elements. Upper part of downhole disconnector is equipped with a seat for landing of a ball thrown from wellhead. Disconnection of electric or hydraulic or electric and hydraulic lines is performed during approach of upper, equipped with a seat for landing of a ball thrown from wellhead, part towards lower part of downhole disconnector with using a blade located on one part of downhole disconnector, by cutting electric or hydraulic or electric and hydraulic line on projection of other part during hydromechanical separation of upper and lower parts. After landing ball in seat of upper part of downhole disconnector, pressure is generated in tubing string, sufficient for cutting shear elements. In upper and lower parts of downhole disconnector there is a groove for laying electric or hydraulic line, or electric or hydraulic line is fixed by clamps on upper and lower parts of downhole disconnector. Downhole disconnector slot ends with a projection of disconnection of electric or hydraulic or electric and hydraulic line with preservation of their attachment to upper and lower parts of disconnected equipment. Blade is fixed on upper part of downhole disconnector or ledge is located on upper part of downhole disconnector, and blade is fixed on lower part.
EFFECT: technical result is prevention of emergency dangerous complications with formation of mud ball when lifting equipment, higher reliability.
