Ingredients for the production of chocolate contains the following ingredients by weight.%: 28.0-29.0 cocoa liquor; cocoa butter 12.25-12.70; lecithin 0.35-0.43; blue-green alga Spirulina 7.8-8.2; freshwater alga Chlorella 1.8-2.2; dry extracts 3.8-4.2 Reishi mushroom, shiitake mushroom 2.9-3.1 and maitake mushroom 2.9-3.1; flavor vanilla cream 0.02-0.03; flavor "Chocolate" 0.02-0.03; powdered sugar - the rest.
EFFECT: invention enhances the biological and nutritional value of chocolate products, increased its preventive properties.
