SUBSTANCE: device for installation of marine engine (7) on foundation (8a, 8b) of engine comprises an installation device, a clamping device. Installation device to limit relative motion between base (8a, 8b) of engine and marine engine (7), in particular at loads from sea waves. Clamping device for fixation of marine engine (7) on foundation (8a, 8b) of engine, in particular, during accidents on vessels. Installation device and clamping device are made in form of stop and arresting unit (1). Installation and arresting unit (1) has on both side on left side and on side at right side of ship or marine engine (7) respectively, at least one part (1a, 1b) of force acting in vertical direction of arm (2a, 2b) and acting in horizontal direction of arm (3a, 3b). Arms (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b) are fixed on one fixed end (11) respectively independently from each other without possibility of shift and without possibility of rotation to housing (10a, 10b) of corresponding part (1a, 1b) unit.
EFFECT: improved device for installation of marine engine on foundation of ship engine.
