SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a recording device, providing reduced size of jet recording device. Jet recording device includes a head unit which has a recording head ejects ink and switching adapter, which switches part for ink that contains ink to recording head and is movable in scanning direction of recording head and ink tube, which is connected to switching adapter and directs ink, which are fed from part for ink in switching adapter, and has flexibility, wherein difference in height is formed in upper zone of part for location of adapter, where there is a switching adapter head unit, and ink tube passes outward from head unit using space between top and bottom positions part for location of adapter.

EFFECT: reduced size of jet recording device.
