SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an ink cartridge-container for liquid having an ink supply port, which connects the ink supply needle of the cartridge holder with the ink chamber and is located substantially in a central position in the direction of the shorter side of the front surface of the container. Two positioning parts which couple with the positioning fingers, formed at two locations on the cartridge holder, for positioning the container main housing, a compressed air supply part that connects the compressed air supply channel of the holder with the delivery chamber, and the data storage device which is connected to the connector of the cartridge holder, are displaced to one side in the direction of the shorter side of the front surface of the container relative to the ink supply port.

EFFECT: providing opportunity to reduce the size of the container while maintaining the capacity of ink contained, as well as providing opportunity of better resistance to the load of the container housing arising from the pressure in the delivery chamber for stable and accurate positioning.
