SUBSTANCE: invention relates to elevators for residential, public and industrial buildings and structures, particularly to handling systems for maintenance of buildings, including located on external building wall rail or mast guides, equipped with teeth and hoist with drive. Drive comprises motor with reduction gear and gear wheel fitted on drive shaft reduction gear to engage with said teeth guide so that gear said elevator can move along guides. System has control means configured to control engine. According to invention rail or mast guides have shape following shape of building, and attached to building by means of brackets, passing through building façade and fixed on bearing structures of building, and elevator includes a platform, each edge of which is pivotally mounted on frame, which connects two carriages, each of which is system of guiding thrust rollers resting on rail or mast guides.
EFFECT: wider field of use of system due to possibility of its use on facades of buildings of irregular shape.
