FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: facade maintenance system is used, which contains facade rail guides fixed along the edges of the facade, repeating the contour of the edges, a lifting device in the form of lifting means arranged along the edges, at the level of the building, above the facade maintenance surface, and a sectional telescopic lifting platform with a side fence, equipped with means of fixing to the facade guides and means of connection with the lifting device. The lifting platform is located between the facade guides located along the edges by the lateral sides of the maintenance surface, and the means for fixing the platform to the facade guides and the connection to the lifting device are equipped in carriages movably connected by a frame structure to the butt faces of the lifting platform, at least one of which is formed by an external butt side of the end telescopic section, ensuring the possibility for the platform to move vertically, along the facade guides, with the adaptive change of the working length of the lifting platform of the facade width by moving the telescopic sections in the horizontal direction.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the facade maintenance system due to reducing the operations associated with the need to move the lifting service platform in both the horizontal and vertical planes, increasing the reliability and safety of the system operation and its constituent devices, increasing the convenience of storing the lifting platform.
