FIELD: rocketry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hypersonic cruise missiles (HSCM) equipped with a hypersonic ramjet engine (HSRJ). HSCM comprises a sustainer with a structure built on the basis of two modules. First module is a combat one composed of HSCM sustainer airframe. Second module is a propulsion power plant module, integrating an air intake, combustion chamber, nozzle, pneumatic hydraulic system and devices ensuring HSRJ operation. Second module is fixed under the fuselage of the combat module and has a cluster (parallel) configuration with a possibility of its separation during a flight by a command of the airborne guidance system (AGS). After detection and determination of target coordinates in a trajectory point calculated by AGS, in response to AGS command there is performed a separation of HSCM power plant (PP) and the target is destroyed by the gliding combat module.
EFFECT: technical result is of the invention consists in expansion of scope of application of rockets with HSRJ.
