SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military equipment and can be used in missile weapons. Missile launch apparatus comprises a container mounted on axes of rotation with possibility of controlled rotation with a cruciform longitudinal septum forming four compartments, two horizontal swing out cover. Rocket comprises internal or discharged starting rocket engines, self-actuating oval cage. Method comprises primary ascent of missile from transport and launch container by action of missile engines starting from a horizontal position of rocket, rocket turned in right direction during toss.
EFFECT: invention allows launch of missile immediately and to increase number of missiles carried on freight launcher.
