FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft missiles of various classes. Missile contains a fuselage, wings, engine and a drop-off fairing of the rear end. This fairing is made conical rigid with fixing its thread or line, passed through the top of the cone and attached inside the rocket motor. In another embodiment, the fairing is made inflatable. It is fixed with a skirt with a sewn cross sleeve. Spring connected by a ring is inserted into the transverse sleeve. Rear end of the rocket has an annular groove. It is possible to reset the rear end fairing by the flow of engine gases.
EFFECT: technical result is a decrease in the rocket's aerodynamic resistance due to the rear end.
