FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-resistant alloy used for production of reaction tubes plants for production of hydrogen, methanol, ammonia, etc. gas processing plants, with working conditions at temperature from 800 to 980 °C and pressure of up to 46 ATM. Alloy contains the following component ratio, wt%: carbon 0.30-0.38, chrome 23.0-25.0, nickel 24.0-26.0, niobium 1.3-1.7, silicon 0.5995-0.89, manganese 0.5005-1.01, vanadium 0.0005-0.20, cerium 0.0005-0.10, titanium 0.0005-0.1, aluminium 0.0005-0.10, sulphur ≤ 0.02, phosphorus ≤ 0.03, lead ≤ 0.009, stannum ≤ 0.009, arsenic ≤ 0.009, zinc ≤ 0.009, molybdenum ≤ 0.2, copper ≤ 0.2, yttrium > 0-0.001, antimony ≤ 0.009, oxygen > 0.0005-0.028, hydrogen > 0.0005-0.0025, nitrogen > 0.0005-0.095, iron - the rest. For the alloy components ratios are met, wt%: (Cre/Nie) ≥ 0.69, where Cre is chrome equivalent; Nie is nickel equivalent; CRe=Cr+2×Al+3×Ti+V+Mo+1.6×Si+0.6Nb, Nie=Ni+32C+0.6×Mn+22×N+Cu.

EFFECT: higher structural stability of alloy in process of ageing, as well as reduced tendency to hot cracks during welding formation is enabled.
