FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: lighting system comprises a plurality of controlled light-emitting elements 3, a scattering optical element 5 located before the plurality of light-emitting elements for shaping the light emitted from the light-emitting elements, and a controller 7 for changing the range of radiation angles of the light emitted from the scattering optical element 5 by controlling each of the plurality of controlled light-emitting elements. This enables to change the light emitted from the scattering optical element without changing any physical parts of the lighting system, since the controller at that time controls each of the light-emitting elements by, for example, darkening one or more light-emitting elements or turning off one or more light-emitting elements.
EFFECT: designing the compact system which enables to change the lighting scheme.
