SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of plant breeding and seed production, as well as forestry. Method involves a two-step selection during thinning. At first thinning leave promising trees, with differences of electrical resistance of scion and rootstock from 10 to 20 ohms. Trees that have differences of electrical resistance of more than 30 kW, are removed. In second thinning of left testis, with indexes of bioelectric potentials tree-intensive process, potential opportunities for growth and seed production.

EFFECT: method allows to increase breeding effect when creating seed orchards.
