FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fruit-growing, plant physiology and plant nursery. Method involves measuring of dynamics of electric conductivity of grafted tissues. At that, electric conductivity of grafted tissue is measured at three points of grafting: graft, place of grafting and rootstock on first day, and in 14-16 days after grafting. Established are considered those which have correlation values of electrical conductivity of graft and stock close to 1, with standard deviation from initial values inside breed-rootstock combination not exceeding 75-85 mcS and with monotonously growing dynamics.
EFFECT: method enables early assessment of quality of growth of grafting components and increases output of high-quality planting material.
