Anchor device for non-metallic anchor connections comprises reinforcement bar or cable, and metal clamp, which consists of lower and upper jaws of rectangular section, coupled by coupling bolts with covering reinforcement rod or cable coupling bolts are arranged in through holes made in upper and lower jaws in two rows with 2-4 holes at distance between rows equal to 2-4 reinforcement rod diameters. Lower jaw has T-shaped terminal for connecting it with pulling device and frame to accommodate tie rod end.
EFFECT: simplified design.
