FIELD: medicine, namely, traumatic surgery and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with setting of bolt in canal of bone holder and with its removal later in case of osteosynthesis. Technical objective of invention consists in increased quality of operational treatment with diminished traumatization of organism tissue and reduced duration of operation by way of enhanced reliability of bolt holding and quickening of bolt setting and removal from tissue of organism. Gear to set and remove bolt has collet clamp and clutch crimping it. Internal surfaces of working jaws of collet clamp and slotted teeth are flat and face edges of working end of clutch are sharp. Number of jaws of collet clamp is equal to number of edges of bolt head. Clutch and collet clamp have handles. EFFECT: increased quality of operational treatment. 3 cl, 8 dwg
