FIELD: cryptography.

SUBSTANCE: encryption method comprises the following steps: generating a secret key in a simple two multibit binary numbers (the MDCH) p and q, the public key generated as a pair MDCH (n, N), where n = pq and N-MDCH satisfying the relations and cryptogram C is formed as the triple (A, B, D) MDCH A, B and D by generating auxiliary MDCH R<n calculating the triple (A, B, D) depending on the message M, the public key (n, N) and R MDCH recovered message M by computing the roots of equations x3+Ax2+Bx+D=0 mod p, x3+Ax2+Bx+D=0 mod q and x3+Ax2+Bx+D=0 mod n with unknown x and message M for forming the top of the last of these equations. In the particular case form the cryptogram C by generating first additional MDCH T<n, generating auxiliary MDCH R=(T-N) mod n, generating second additional MDCH U=(R2/4-N)mod n, and computing MDCH A, B and D according to formulas A=(T-N-M)mod n, B=(U-MR) mod n and D=-MU mod n.

EFFECT: simplification of procedures for retrieving messages from the cryptogram.
