Device comprises a memory unit, twelve gates, a multivibrator, five adders, an OR circuit, three flip-flops, four nonlinearity units, two adder accumulators, five multipliers, two comparators, two subtractors, two integrators, five delay elements, a memory element, a divider unit and polarised relay.
