FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to waterworks and can be used when building channels irrigation systems by antifiltering screens without stopping watering of crops. Device includes flexible pipeline 9, wound on drum 10 and installed in the upper reach of the water intake facility. Free end of flexible pipeline 9 runs through the pipe of water intake facility 11 along the axis canal within filled with water pioneer ditch 12 and in turned position is fixed on the pipe end 11 of water intake facility. Inside flexible pipeline 9 is toroidal shell with helically twisted inner walls. In the cavity of toroidal shell there is an insert heavier than water, which is made of rigid material and has toroidal shape with a central hole along the axis with diameter exceeding total hose diameter in the flexible pipe and inner walls of the toroidal shell. Whole surface of the insert is coated with antifriction lubricant. Insert has inlet closed hole in the upper part, through which the cavity of the insert is partially or completely filled with heavy loose ballast, for example lead shots.

EFFECT: proposed device allows not lose in tire puncture or damages of toroidal shell and enables to obtain the specified constant cross-section channel along the whole laid route, besides, performance of hollow insert with heavy loose ballast makes it possible to adjust pressure in a wide spectrum of the device on the ground bed channel, which increases reliability and quality of the device.
