FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrotechnical structures and can be used in construction of channels and their reconstruction. Device with hollow insert to perform monolithic lining channel includes chute-like body with the pulley, drive mechanism and solution-distribution device, a flexible framework in the form of toroidal cylinder with inner walls are spiral twisted with each other relative to longitudinal axis forms installed in the housing, and drive flexible closed communication reeved in pulley housing and passing through the middle of formwork. In the cavity of the formwork is rigid hollow insert in the form of toroidal cylinder with central hole in the longitudinal axis with diameter exceeding total diameter of inner walls of formwork and flexible link. Whole surface of the insert is coated with antifriction lubricant.

EFFECT: use of the offered device allows not lose its serviceability at punctured or damages of shell formwork since rigid hollow insert is not able to escape from the cavity forms, and this contributes to a significant improvement of reliability.
