FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: multipurpose rotor device contains a rotor with some number of blades along circle, and body of load directing intended for the flow directing of fluid entering the rotor. The body of load directing includes top support element , and bottom support element, located looking each other on their top and bottom sides, and connected with each other such that to install the rotor with possibility of rotation. The device also includes the plates of load directing, configured respectively by blades, and installed with possibility of rotation between the top and bottom support elements in longitudinal direction, and lock pins made on the internal surfaces looking to the top and bottom support elements to monitor angle of turn of the load directing plates.
EFFECT: maximum efficiency of rotation and generation of net energy with high efficiency, without harm for global environment.
