FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light-emitting diode light sources and can be used in optical-mechanical and optical-electronic and holographic instrument making, when the lighting part of the device it is necessary to equip source with high concentration of light flux. According to the invention the method of making semiconductor light-emitting diode emitter and transparent light-emitting optical element is connected into a single radiating element, the transparent light-emitting optical element is made in the form of lower and upper convex-plane of optical elements with light emitting surfaces, which are installed with spherical surfaces towards each other with possibility of light flux concentration in the focal plane of the upper involving optical element, a semiconductor radiator is placed in the focal plane of the lower involving optical element and on the light guiding surface of lower and upper convex-plane of optical elements protective antireflective coating is applied.
EFFECT: invention provides high concentration of light flow.
