SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing systems intended user of incoming e-mail messages. Method comprises parsing e-mail messages to determine lexical unit as a candidate for insignificant lexical units; performing a first and a second check candidate insignificant lexical units by comparison with insignificant lexical units of first and second database lexical items, wherein first database is formed as a result of parsing previous e-mail messages intended for user, and second data base is formed as a result of parsing previous e-mails intended user group of a plurality of members. In response to a positive result of any of the first check and a second check to determine candidate insignificant lexical units as insignificant lexical unit.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling detection of insignificant lexical items in text of e-mail messages.
