SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in preparation for sowing seed. Machine includes a grinding drum, the inner surface is coated with a layer of rubber, handling window, a working body, hopper, the unloading chute. Grinding drum is conical, multi-sectional, with a multi-start screw. Drum is assembled in sections, made of alternately connected and equilateral isosceles triangle, the sides of which are equal to each other, and the bases of isosceles triangles greater than the length of their sides. Sections are connected to each other free parties. Number of equilateral triangles and isosceles section at least equal to six and is not restricted upwards.
EFFECT: use of the invention will improve the quality of seeds sown.
