FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular, to equipment for pre-sowing processing of seed material, and can be used for sowing preparation of small-seeded crops. The machine is comprised of a grinding drum installed elastically on a base with a vibrator, the inner surface whereof is covered with a layer of rubber, provided with an unloading window and a working element mounted therein in the form of a cylindrical spring covered with a layer of rubber and equipped with an apparatus for changing the pitch of coils by stretching or compressing thereof, a dosing hopper, an unloading tray. The grinding drum is made with intermittent zigzag broken helical surfaces and broken helical lines along the perimeter thereof, with a triangular transverse cross-section, and is mounted from sections, wherein each section is shaped as a rectangle, and two identical side trapezoids, the lower bases whereof are equal to the two lateral sides of the rectangle, the upper bases are equal to each other. The lateral sides of the trapezoids are equal to the other two sides of the rectangle, forming equilateral triangles at the ends of the sections, equally inclined in different directions to the axis of the section. Each subsequent section is rotated relative to the previous section by an angle corresponding to the rotation of the section to one side of the triangle, providing an inclination of the axes of the sections to each other and to the axis of rotation of the grinding drum based on the condition of intersection thereof. The cylindrical spring of the working element is made with a circular cross-section of the coils.

EFFECT: provides a possibility to expand the technological capabilities of the machine, increase productivity and facilitate manufacture thereof.
