FIELD: processing and recycling of waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of recycled materials, particularly to method of recycling and recycling of cellulose-containing wastes. Cellulose-containing wastes are soaked in water solution of inorganic acid with concentration of acid 0.08÷10 wt%, then at intensive mixing raw material fluffed up till homogeneous disperse phase, then dispersed phase is washed with water to neutral medium, filtered and soaked in water solution with concentration of carbonate salt 0.08÷25 wt%, then it is repeatedly washed with water to neutral medium, filtered, obtained filtrate in dispersed phase is placed into autoclave in which carbonisation is carried out in aqueous medium at temperature of 150÷400°C, for time up to 3 days and at ratio T:G= 1:4, obtaining product with carbon content of up to 70 wt%, product is heated in muffle furnace at temperature of up to 600°C for 20÷60 minutes, homogeneous product is obtained with content of amorphous carbon of 92 wt%. Cellulose-containing wastes are soaked in water solution or HCl or H2SO4. Potassium or sodium bicarbonates used as carbonate. Presented invention enables to obtain homogeneous product of processing of secondary raw materials with carbon content of 70 wt% to 92 wt%. and with content of contaminants and with ash content of about 0.1÷1 wt%.
EFFECT: disclosed is method of recycling and recycling of cellulose-containing wastes.
