FIELD: chemical industry; methods and the devices for separation, regeneration and recycling of the municipal solid wastes.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of production of the water-soluble silicates and the carbonic materials. The method provides for injection into the raw of the alkali metal compound. At that the alkali metal compound is selected from the group of the sodium carbonate and-or the potassium carbonate or the sodium hydroxide; its injection into the raw is conducted by the direct mixing of the components, or by treatment of the raw with the suspension of the alkali metal compound, or treatment of the raw with the solution of the alkali metal compound with the subsequent drying. Then execute fusion at the temperature of 750-1000°С in the inert medium or to the reducing medium, the produced alloy solve in the water, the solution is filtered off, and the solid phase is flushed and dried. The invention allows to obtain the qualitative products by the simple and low-cost method.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the qualitative products by the simple and low-cost method.
