FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid sprayers and can be used in car body repair shops for coat spraying. Claimed device comprises the cover with its body. Cover body comprises the atomiser case with bore for fluid to escape therefore at spraying. The cover body comprises also the central air valve for central air to escape therefrom when fluid is sprayed via the atomiser fluid bore. The latter and central air valves are arranged at the cover body front wall. Claimed atomiser comprises the channel and plug-in cover of pneumatic cylinder/nozzle. Said cover comprises the nozzle case and is articulated with fluid atomiser in a demountable manner. Built-in cover nozzle case is arranged above the nozzle channel if the said cover is secured to the fluid atomiser. Built-in pneumatic cylinder/nozzle cover has a bore for fluid to escape therefore at spraying. Besides, the cover has central channel for air to be forced therein when fluid is sprayed via said built-in cover. Nozzle fluid bore and central air valve are fitted in the said built-in cover.
EFFECT: ease of cover detachment without cylinder/nozzle channel damage providing the possibility of attaching another built-in pneumatic cylinder/nozzle cover to the cylinder/nozzle channel with possibility of reuse of the built-in cover.
