FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices intended for applying glue or other fluids on the surface of, mainly, nozzles. Nozzle case is made up of two parts flanged together. One of said parts forms fluid chamber integrated with nozzle inner space. Another part forms air compensation variable-volume chamber with opening to communicate compensation chamber with outer atmosphere, chamber volume varying due to needle rod part displacement. Locking seal separates fluid chamber from air compensation chamber. Said seal represents an elastic membrane that allows preset travel of the needle. Membrane has central orifice. Membrane orifice allows mounting on threaded part of the needle rod part threaded section in fluid chamber. Membrane is screw-loaded via rigid washer to the face of needle rod part adjacent section. Said adjacent section features larger diametre and is arranged in air compensation chamber. Membrane peripheral part is pressed between flange edges.
EFFECT: higher reliability and stability, longer life plus efficient control.
