FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, specifically to roller bit for drilling large diameter holes under piles of rocks. Roller bit comprises a frame, cutters with a conical outer surface, comprising a body with an axis and mounted on end surface of cylindrical frame on supports, supports are made separable into two parts in form of a stationary base and support assembly, mating surfaces are parallel to cutter axis, cutter axes are located along radius of frame and tightened to base with screws passed through holes in support node. Mounted near centre of frame support cones, located in central part of frame, and installed close to edge frame supports cutters located at periphery of the frame made one-piece, ends of cutter axes formed cylindrical recess, and in one-piece bearings and bearing assemblies split responsively support depressions are cylindrical protrusions.
EFFECT: technical result consists in longer service life, reduced labour input and improvement of rigging-up ability.
