FIELD: motor car construction.
SUBSTANCE: wheel set comprises the tire with the shell, its inner surface confining the cavity. Said shell includes outer side to interact with the road that has the peripheral surface and opposite sidewalls made integral with the side interacting with the road and extending therefrom. Sidewall free ends make the tire side interacting with the rim for tire to be coupled with the wheel hub. Every opposite sidewall comprises the profile of surface making the suspension unit in said sidewall. This prevents the tire shell stretching to its maximum volume after filling of the shell with compressed air. At the same time the tire shell is deformed under load or at pressure drop. This make the tire side interacting with the road maintains, in fact, the constant contact with the road surface.
EFFECT: higher operating performances.
