FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: wheel 1 has rim 2 installed for rotation and pneumatic tyre 3 detachably fitted on rim. Tyre has toroidal section body with approximately cylindrical tread, two radially passing side wall and seat surfaces on ends directed towards rim and reinforced by extension resistant bead rings for fixing pneumatic tyre between end side beads of rim. At least one of rim side beads 6, 7 has larger radial and it passes at least to middle part of corresponding side walls 15 of pneumatic tyre. Side walls of pneumatic tyre are made flexible elastic over entire zone between seat surfaces and thread arms. EFFECT: enhanced operating properties of wheel. 7 cl, 4 dwg
